Hello, World!

My name is Khant Zaw Phyo (ခန့်ဇော်ဖြိုး). But you can call me Wills.

I was born and raised in Mandalay. If you know it, you know it. If you don’t: it’s hot, it’s filled with history and mystery, and it’s home.

I grew up a quiet kid. Still am, mostly. I spend a lot of time by myself. Always have. Not in a sad way, just… comfortable that way. When you are quiet, you learn to listen. To people, to the surroundings, and most importantly, to yourself. There is something peaceful about that.

Sometimes, listening to yourself is the hardest part.

The View from the Back Row

Because when you’re quiet for too long, the world starts to feel like a movie you’re not quite in. Things happen around you. People move. Time passes. And you’re there… well technically, but also somewhere else. Watching from the back of the theater.

I don’t say that for sympathy. I say it because it’s true. And maybe someone else reading this feels the same way.

Well, enough rattling.

Why I built this

To get a job? Obviously. But more than that, I just wanted a corner of the internet that is actually mine.

Most of our digital lives are spent on platforms we don’t own, shouting into algorithms that don’t care. I wanted a space that feels like a quiet room. I like making things that work and things that feel right.

The Blog

I don’t know how often I’ll write. Maybe once a week. Maybe once a month. Maybe I’ll disappear for six months and come back like nothing happened. But when I do write, it’ll be real. No fluff. No trying to sound smart.

Just me, typing things out.
